SHIPPING INFORMATION:

By completing your payment and finalizing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your

order.

PROCESSING TIMES:
All orders placed Monday - Friday before 2pm PDT will ship the same day. Orders placed during weekends and public holidays will be shipped the following business day. Please be aware that during sale periods, there might be delays due to high order volumes.

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our free 2 day shipping or international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

MISSING ORDER
If you're missing items or a shipment, contact us within 30 days of ship date.
